Refund policy

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at support@kasnboutique.com.

For defective or damaged items, we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. As all items are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

If a return is approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address. Please note: This address is only for product returns and should not be used for general correspondence.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@kasnboutique.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Sizing issues (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn or washed

Refunds

If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@kasnboutique.com.
